Architectures of Transition
Emergent Practices in South Asia 

he exhibition will show the works of 78 emergent architecture practices in South Asia that have engaged in the making of architecture, landscape, and infrastructure in the public realm. It expands on the 18-month-long travelling exhibition of the same title that first showed in December 2023 in New Delhi with 41 practices that has grown to 78 practices. Later, it travelled to Chennai, Bangalore, Kochi, and Kozhikode. Its first international showing opened in Karachi a couple of months ago and is expected to show in Kabul and Dhaka in 2026.

The first edition of this travelling exhibition showed at India International Centre, New Delhi India from December 14-16, 2023.
