Site Lines - Talking Architecture
in the Subcontinent
A set
of presentations and panel discussions will convene every evening with
young and mid-career architects on how contemporary practice in India has
transitioned in the recent decade – Practice Reflecting on Practice (March
16), Sites of Reflection and Debate: Publications and Design Forums (March 17) and Emerging Practices in South Asia (March 18).
Site Lines: Talking Architecture in the Subcontinent 2026 is aproject that addresses the need for critical dialogue which confronts the multiple challenges of our contemporary times. The project focuses on architectural practice and its ecology of production and representation by engaging voices from the field and allied disciplines. The constellation of activities hopes to enable critical thinking to support emerging architectural production.
